My greatest strength as a VISTA is: The ability to meet others where they are at in life allows me to reach out to others in need of help.
My greatest accomplishment as a VISTA: Coming to work each day with a smile and positive energy.
My projects: My first project was the Tenant Assistance project in the summer that aimed at assisting tenants who were facing possible foreclosure of their rental home. I am currently working in the ICON database, assisting on a study regards rates of success for parolees and probationers in Linn County.
I build capacity in the Cedar Rapids / Linn County community daily through my general tasks. Most importantly I advocate for our program through word of mouth.
Fun fact about me: I like to play drums on a bucket, trash can, and coolers.
