Previous Education and Experience : I was educated in the field of mathematics and computer science at 
Central College. I have 14 years of mainframe programming. I helped a friend build a 5400 sq. ft. wood foundation house from the ground up and it still stands today.
My greatest strength as a VISTA is: I can motivate anyone!
My greatest accomplishment as a VISTA: I empowered a 4-foot, 90-lb woman into a demolition demon by showing her how to use a sawsall.
My projects : I go where I’m needed and do whatever needs to be done…I don’t do windows!
How I build capacity: I spread the word any chance I get about my volunteer efforts and have had individuals come in and volunteer. At worksites, I instruct volunteers in the necessary skills to accomplish the assignment and, hopefully, they carry them on to other sites.
