Horizons Consumer Credit Counseling Services provides debt management and credit, bankruptcy and housing counseling and education in eastern Iowa.

The Crisis Center’s vision is that every individual in Johnson County, Iowa, has support in a time of need.

What is a crisis? When a situation, emotion or stress has become too great to cope alone. Through our dedicated corps of volunteers, emotional or material assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
